You understand that Klury has the right to refuse to buy the item once it arrives if it is not as it was described. You understand that your account may be flagged or closed for trying to sell counterfeit merchandise to us, or if inaccurate descriptions are provided. Klury is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during the transportation to our headquarters. We highly recommend you purchase insurance when shipping to protect your items.
