How to Return an Item

• Login to your klury.com account.
• Select RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Request a Return.
• You will receive an email approval if you return meets our policy specifications.
• Package your item(s) securely along with the completed return form.  Be sure to include all items that came with the order such as the invoice, dust bags, authenticity cards, original packaging etc.
• Ship your items to us via mail carrier of your choice.

We recommend you insure the item you are returning for the appropriate amount and receive a tracking/confirmation number for the shipment. Klury is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
