Klury guarantees the authenticity and condition of every item we sell. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, it may be returned within 10 days for a refund.
- Item must be postmarked for return within 10 days of delivery.
- Item must be in the condition it was received with all packaging and tags attached.
- Item may not be worn, washed or altered.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original box are non-refundable. Please package shoe box in a larger box.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Klury does not pay for return shipping. Returns received as COD may be denied or that amount will be deducted from the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within three (3) business days of receiving your return. Your bank may require additional days to process the refund.
- International orders are elligible for returns, but we are unable to refund shipping and customs fees.
If you refuse delivery of an order from Klury, the shipping fees and return fees will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
How to Return an Item
- Login to your klury.com account.
- Complete the return request form found under my order history.
- Print out Return Form
- Package your item(s) securely along with the completed return form. Be sure to include all items that came with the order such as the invoice, dust bags, authenticity cards, original packaging etc.
- Ship your items to us via mail carrier of your choice
