Does Klury offer international shipping?

Yes! All of our items are available for international buyers. We ship via United States Postal Service Priority or Express mail.

How do I calculate the international shipping costs?

Shipping costs can be calculated prior to submitting your order by adding the item to your cart and entering your country and postal code in the shipping quote area.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

Yes. All orders are emailed a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Does Klury buy items from international sellers?

At this time, we are not able to buy items from international sellers.

What will the customs fees be?

International orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are levied once your order arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to accurately predict the exact amount they will be, as they vary widely from country to country. The declared value we use on the customs forms is the value you purchase the item for. Your local customs office should be able to provide further information regarding their customs duties.

Can I return my international order?

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 10 days after it has been delivered to request a return. We are unable to refund customs fees and shipping costs on international orders.
