It’s no secret that I love throwing a fun soiree, especially around the holidays each year. With my creative juices still recovering from a year+ of wedding planning, I am frantically trying to organize for next week’s big event.

Last night, I decided to gather up a list of ideas for our annual holiday dinner. We used Paperless Post to send out our festive invites to our friends and set the tone for the party. How cute is the Jingle & Mingle theme? Looking forward to setting up a little photo-booth this year with our Instanx camera (one of our favorite wedding gifts!). ¬†And how fun does Not Your Mom’s Dinner Party Table Topics sound for a little ice breaker? Now we just need to hunt for the perfect Christmas tree, pick out the outfits and figure out the food. Nothing like waiting until the last minute!

Looking forward to checking off #3 from my 26 before 26 list next week.

What type of foods do you like eating at holiday parties? Finger foods or a sit down meal? What is your favorite Christmas song? Are you throwing a holiday party this year?
