How Fun Are These?
The neon soles, big bows, and neutral leather in these heels are just too perfect. Can you imagine these with a simple LBD?
Lisa Frank @ NY Fashion Week
Known for his over the top sense of style, it should come as no surprise that designer, Jeremy Scott, would re-purpose an item iconic of the 1990s. Scott successfully constructed an entire corset top of Lisa Frank stickers for NY Fashion Week Fall 2012. The entire show bordered bizarre and quirky, but he certainly has the tenacity to think differently and work out side of the usual parameters.
My question is where did he find so many Lisa Frank stickers?! I haven’t seen Lisa Frank gear in years!
Someone Did Not Get The Memo…
When I saw this photo of Olivia Palermo & Hanneli Mustaparta at the Tibi Fall 2012 show (via this stylish blog), I couldn’t help but notice the humor in both of these style icons wearing the same Tibi Peplum Jacket (now sold out of course). Paired similarly…one with leather pants and one with skinny jeans, they both look fantastic. I can only image their reactions when they noticed they both had the same jacket on and were sitting only four seats away.
Have you everĀ been anywhere where someone was wearing the same outfit as you? Do share!
Summer
After coming across this photograph, we can’t help but dream of summer. The warm weather, laying out by the pool, and sundresses are certainly something to look forward to. It will hopefully be here before we know it!
Valentine’s Day Color Blocking
We can’t get enough of the pink, orange, and red color combination in both fashion and interiors. Valentine’s day is the perfect holiday to try out the trend.
Have you worn pink, red or orange together?

Closets We Love
While perusing one of our favorite blogs this morning, Elements of Style, we came across photos of Stylist Mary Alice Stephenson’s closet featured on The Coveteur. Not only does her closet take up an entire floor of her home, but she has it spectacularly organized by both category and color. The black shelving allows her glitzy clothing and accessories to truly pop and the textures to shine.
What celebrity closet would you love to have?
