What does Final Sale mean?
An item marked "Final Sale" is highly discounted and not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Klury will not issue store credit or a refund for any returned "Final Sale" items.
An Item I love is no longer in stock! What can I do?
Klury offers a curated collection of hand-picked designer and vintage items. Because of the exclusive nature of our products, we typically only have one of each product in inventory and it typically sells fast! If you see something you like, don't wait until it's too late to purchase or it may be gone. You can always contact us at email@example.com if there is a particular item you are looking for and we will notify you immediately when we receive it in stock.
How do I know the items I purchase from Klury are authentic?
Klury guarantees that every item we resell is authentic. It is completely illegal to sell counterfeit merchandise and Klury refuses to participate in any distribution of non-authentic items. What condition are the items in?
The conditions of the items we sell vary from new with tags to gently used. We hand select our inventory and appropriately describe the condition in depth on the product page. We are always happy to answer additional questions you may have about the condition an item.
Are pre-owned items cleaned prior to being listed for sale?
Yes, we pride ourselves in delivering your pre-owned item in clean and ready to wear condition. For clothing, this means every pre-owned item is professionally dry cleaned before we list it for sale. Handbags, shoes, and accessories are hand cleaned and reconditioned so they are in the best shape when they arrive at your doorstep.
Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?
If the original packaging, authenticity card, or dust bag is included with the product, it will be indicated in the product description.
Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?
Yes, we pride ourselves in providing very detailed descriptions and photos of our products. The item you see in the photograph is the item you will receive.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, we appreciate all the military does for us!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we require a business or residential mailing address for all shipments.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, simply return your item to us within 10 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping). Items must be returned in the same condition they were received with all tags attached. Refunds for returns are made to the original payment method used. Returns may be mailed to:

Are your prices negotiable?
No, our prices are highly discounted and pre-set. We do have occasional sales and discounts that you can find out about by signing up for our newsletter.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Arizona Residents are subject to sales tax. This tax is displayed in the check-out process.
How long does it take to process a return?

Do I need to sign for my orders?
Orders valued over $500 may require a signature upon delivery. We will notify you if your order requires a signature and If you elect to waive the signature, Klury is not responsible for the item once it is delivered.
What items can I sell to Klury?
As a general guideline we buy authentic designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories that are less than 3 years old or vintage. Items must be in good condition with no rips, stains, or tears to be sold to Klury. More info can be found here.

How much will Klury pay for my item?
Many factors go into the price Klury will pay, including condition, brand, and our current inventory levels. The prices we pay for items are typically higher than those you would receive at a consignment store, auction sites, or other online resale services. We even offer an additional bonus if you elect to receive Klury.com credit for your items.
How do I sell an item to Klury?
Selling an item to Klury is easy. Simply sign up for a Klury.com account and submit this form with a photo and description of your item. We will email you an offer for your item within 24 hours of receiving your request. You will have 10 days to accept the offer. Once the offer is accepted, you can print a pre-paid shipping label, package your item, and drop it off at your local USPS office. Once we receive the item and authenticate it, payment to you will be issued within 48 hours. You can also check the status of your item on the My Account page at any time.
Why did Klury reject making an offer on my item?
In order to maintain a highly editied collection of pre-owned designer clothing, we do not make offers on all offer requests. Our current inventory levels and fashion trends determine what we make offers on.
Can I sell an Item I bought from Klury back after it has been worn?
Absolutely! Just make sure it is still in great pre-owned condition.
Are there any restrictions on selling my pre-owned clothing?
Pre-owned clothing must be authentic and still in good condition with no stains, rips or tears. We pride ourselves on ensuring the authenticity and quality of every item we sell. The seller must have legal possession of all items being sold to Klury.com.
How do I get paid for selling my pre-owned designer clothing to Klury?
Klury will mail a check to your account address or issue store credit as compensation for the clothing you sell to Klury. We offer a bonus if you select store credit.
How long does it take to receive my check?
Checks are issued and mailed via USPS within 48 hours of receiving and authenticating your items. Want it faster? Store credits are issued within 48 hours of receiving and authenticating your items.
How does store credit work?
When you are selling an item to Klury and select to receive store credit, you receive a bonus. Store credit acts like a gift card. It is applied directly to your Klury account and can be used to purchase any items on Klury.com. The only exclusions are that it cannot be used to purchase gift cards or be transferred to other accounts or individuals. There is no expiration date on using store credit.
What happens if you do not accept my item when it is sent to Klury?
In the rare event that we are unable to verify the authenticity of the item, it will be returned to you. In addition, if the condition of the item varies drastically from what was provided during the quoting process, the item will be returned to you and your account may be flagged or deleted.
